You require 1 coconut, ½ liter milk (can be toned or
double-toned), ¾ cups of sugar or crushed jaggery.
20 Minutes Sweet Coconut Ladoo Recip
- Take 2 cups of desiccated coconut, 1 cup of milk, and 3/4 cups of sugar/crushed jaggery into the pan.
- Keep the pan on the burner and switch on the flame making sure flame is low.
- Add cardamom powder or crushed cashew nuts. (This is an optional step; you can do or skip this step as per your preference).
- When the mixture begins to cook, stir it continuously.
- Cook until all the moisture from the mixture evaporates. The mixture should not be soggy.
- Let it cool for 10-15 minutes
- Take small parts of the mixture, press it on your palms and roll it gently making round balls.
- Once the balls are ready, then you can roll each of them over the desiccated coconut ensuring a fine coating on the ladoo.
